What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, including booth orders, shipping, and badge registrations.
• Coordinate internal team participation, travel support, and event briefings.
• Oversee vendor communications with exhibit houses, A/V partners, and swag providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure event success.
• Track event budgets and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Execute VIP events, dinners, and happy hours to engage key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, CO or Palo Alto, CA.
• 2–4+ years of experience in field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage logistics, booth setup, and lead capture processes.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple high-visibility deliverables.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for on-site event support.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools like Asana.
