What you will do
- Lead integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet client business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication and regular business reviews.
- Coach and develop cross-functional account teams to improve business acumen and client-facing excellence.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Own the contract renewal process, initiating strategic planning 90 days in advance.
- Utilize data platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of paid media, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Experience with business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
