What you will do

  • Lead integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet client business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication and regular business reviews.
  • Coach and develop cross-functional account teams to improve business acumen and client-facing excellence.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Own the contract renewal process, initiating strategic planning 90 days in advance.
  • Utilize data platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies for business process optimization.
  • Experience with SEO and creative workflows.
