Salary: $162,396 - $227,377 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Client Partners and Account Managers.
• Drive global revenue growth by identifying and capturing opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business development to meet partner goals.
• Advise leadership on market positioning, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches and communications.
• Contribute to the broader Media & Entertainment vertical strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales or marketing.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Expertise in digital media with a strong emphasis on paid social.
• Experience navigating complex global organizations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in person in Los Angeles.
