Location: Hybrid (4 days/week in office) in Seattle
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage paid search ad development, budget pacing, and KPI optimization to achieve optimal results.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels and departments.
- Develop e-commerce growth strategies and media plans based on category trends and client goals.
- Leverage proprietary tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making and devise growth solutions for clients.
- Conduct market, category, and competitor analysis to provide regular business performance reports.
- Optimize paid search strategies incorporating consumer behavior and top-of-search tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant account management experience in e-commerce.
- 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets and present findings.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage complex workflows.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Seattle office (hybrid, 4 days/week).

- Experience manipulating data with SQL or similar technologies.
- Experience working in a startup, retail, or digital advertising environment.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
