Salary: $152,621 – $200,000 base

What you will do
- Lead a team to exceed sales quotas for the largest portfolio brands and agency partners using audio, video, and experiential solutions.
- Drive long-term partnerships through complex negotiations and the execution of results-driven revenue strategies.
- Own the annual and quarterly business plan, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting rigor.
- Coach Sales Managers and senior sellers to foster professional growth and maintain a high-performing organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Product, Ad Ops, and Finance to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in management.
- Proven track record in media advertising sales, specifically working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience leading enterprise sales teams with direct accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, data strategy, and performance measurement.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
