TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (HRtech): Managing and expanding high-value brand partnerships with C-suite stakeholders at large restaurant and hospitality franchises with an accent on adoption, expansion, and long-term commitment. Focus on driving incremental ARR growth, presenting ROI analysis to executives, and executing strategic brand initiatives.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California (4-5 days in-office)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders at Top 100 franchised brands to execute MSA entitlements and expand partnerships.
  • Represent the company at executive levels during industry conferences, leading panels and positioning the platform as a category leader.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives, including brand marketing entitlements, QBRs, and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Demo the platform, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and lead pilots from scoping to expansion.
  • Present franchise usage data and ROI analysis to C-level stakeholders to secure buy-in for scaling across the franchisee base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive ARR growth while managing CAC and churn.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial conversations and move high-level executive relationships forward.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Practical application of AI tools in daily professional workflow.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of executive audiences.
  • Ability and willingness to travel once every 1-2 months during peak seasons.
