Salary: $196,000 – $294,000 USD (Offers Equity)

What you will do

  • Lead global brand campaigns across paid media, experiential, and integrated activations.
  • Own brand strategy and translate it into in-market execution plans; lead global brand activation strategy with regional context.
  • Bridge brand and performance marketing by recommending strategies that connect upper-funnel campaigns to conversion-focused efforts, including messaging and sequencing across the funnel.
  • Own brand consistency across performance creative by partnering with Creative/Design and DR teams, reviewing creative before launch, and recommending conversion optimizations without compromising brand integrity.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets, including reconciliation and ongoing visibility into ROI.
  • Manage a brand marketing team and lead agency relationships and RFP processes for media, experiential, and production partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, including brand campaigns, paid media strategy, and experiential marketing.
  • Experience owning and optimizing significant media budgets, including familiarity with buying rates across channels.
  • Experience managing external agencies and production partners across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills coordinating across Brand, Demand Gen, Creative, and Events teams.
  • Experience directly managing marketing team members.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving environments and make sound judgment calls under ambiguity.
