Salary: $125,000–$155,000 upon hire

What you will do
- Own year-long integrated brand campaign strategy, narrative expression, and execution aligned to the one-year integrated brand plan.
- Translate brand priorities into cohesive campaign strategies, briefs, channel plans, and go-to-market execution across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
- Build and manage campaign workbacks, launch plans, and post-launch learning loops to keep complex work moving with clarity and accountability.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Creative, Vertical Marketing, Business Intelligence, Public Relations & Communications, Channel, Product Marketing, and Operations.
- Own campaign-level measurement strategy (KPIs, reporting cadences, learning plans) and use data/customer insights to optimize creative, channel mix, sequencing, and investment recommendations.
- Manage integrated campaign budgets and agency/external partner relationships; act as a player-coach while directly managing one Brand Manager.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional integrated brand campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization across multiple products/audiences/verticals.
- Experience building or scaling processes across multiple teams, business units, or go-to-market functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience using data, customer insight, and performance signals to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Permanent US work authorization is required. Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location.
