What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and brand platform work across all channels.
• Provide creative direction and oversight for the entire department.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of writers, art directors, designers, and video producers.
• Set art and copy direction for campaigns, web, product, video, and social media.
• Collaborate with product marketing to translate briefs into powerful creative ideas.
• Oversee photo and video shoots and manage freelance production crews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative roles at agencies or in-house teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range across both copy and art direction.
• Active use of AI in the creative process.
• Proven ability to direct and elevate writers, art directors, and designers.
• Strong art direction sensibilities and deep knowledge of industry-defining work.
• Must be based in North America.
