Manager, Customer Success (AI)

Location: US-based, leading CSMs across New York and San Francisco

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 plus $30,000–$40,000 commission and equity

What you will do

• Lead and grow the US Customer Success team as the business scales.
• Make successful Customer Success practices repeatable through forecasting, renewals, customer health management, and operating rhythms.
• Manage CSMs across white-glove, high-touch, and medium-touch customer motions.
• Act as a player-coach by running forecast reviews and 1:1s while joining customer calls.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to represent customer needs and influence product direction.
• Use and expand AI-enabled workflows for account research, health signals, call preparation, and QBR preparation.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a high-performing Customer Success team.
• Ability to manage forecasting, renewals, customer health, and scalable operating processes.
• Comfort working as a player-coach and maintaining direct customer engagement.
• Fluency in AI incident response products and their customer value.
• Ability to work in the United States and lead a team across New York and San Francisco.
