Student Assistant Compliance & Sustainability Actions

Location: Muuto HQ, Copenhagen, Denmark; onsite, two days per week (16 hours)

Muuto is a Scandinavian design company creating furniture and products through forward-looking materials, techniques, and creative design.

What you will do

• Collect, validate, structure, and maintain product data.
• Manage test documentation and certifications.
• Work with large datasets and calculate product-related carbon footprints.
• Support product compliance activities within Product Development.
• Research compliance and sustainability topics and assist with ad hoc team tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a local university in a relevant Bachelor’s degree program or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Structured, solution-oriented, independent, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and complete tasks and smaller projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
