Technology Manager - Material Handling System

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead initiatives that shape material handling systems supporting hirify.global moulding operations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of material handling technologies and equipment.
• Manage technical projects from concept development through implementation and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to improve system efficiency and operational flow.
• Develop technology roadmaps, project plans, and governance approaches aligned with business priorities.
• Bring relevant industry developments into day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical projects in material handling, manufacturing, logistics, or other flow-based industries.
• Experience managing end-to-end project execution from concept through implementation.
• Experience specifying, implementing, or improving material handling systems and equipment.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Ability to coordinate technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency or system performance.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and simply.

Nice to have

• Experience with material handling systems in industries such as dairy, oil, or granulates.
• Exposure to moulding operations or automated production systems.
