What you will do

• Manage NDA intake, tracking, and organization of incoming requests.
• Review and analyze NDAs using internal templates and playbooks.
• Compare counterparty markups against internal guidelines and flag key differences.
• Prepare summaries and escalation notes to support attorney review.
• Maintain accurate records within tracking and reporting systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support legal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Strong interest in law, finance, or business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Paralegal experience or law degree.
• Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements.
