TL;DR

Legal Operations Coordinator: Managing the operational engine of the legal team, including contract reviews, vendor administration, and e-signature workflows with an accent on AI-powered tooling. Focus on maintaining high-trust internal processes, triaging legal requests, and ensuring efficient onboarding for customers and vendors.

Location: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA (On-site/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Review vendor and customer contracts using AI-assisted tooling.
  • Triage incoming requests for the Contracts and Legal team.
  • Manage the full NDA lifecycle, including workflow and redlining.
  • Oversee e-signature operations via DocuSign.
  • Administer legal software tools such as Ironclad and AI platforms.
  • Support customer onboarding and vendor setup processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or as a paralegal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable learning and operating new software systems.
  • High agency and ability to surface and tackle blockers independently.
  • Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be based in Pittsburgh and comfortable with an office-first culture.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to NDAs, vendor contracts, and legal workflows.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Atlassian Suite, DocuSign, and Ironclad.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
