What you will do

• Design and build internal legal knowledge databases to ensure structured and searchable institutional knowledge.
• Drive integrations between the company platform and internal systems like CLM, CRM, and HRIS.
• Establish metadata schemas and contract management infrastructure to support non-standard term tracking.
• Implement cross-functional handoff protocols to surface contract commitments to Finance, Product, and RevOps.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across the legal function.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related operational roles.
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring legal technology tools and integration layers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable processes.
• Must be able to work on-site in the New York City office.
