Regional Sales Manager (Plumbing): Developing and executing sales strategies across the plumbing channel to achieve financial growth for the Josam brand with an accent on representative management and channel partner relationships. Focus on driving product adoption through contractors, wholesalers, and engineers while managing a portfolio of mature and new product lines.
Location: Remote (US). Candidates living in the Western Region (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, ID, MT, WY) are preferred. Minimum 50% travel required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional product sales strategies and quotas in partnership with channel partners.
- Manage Independent Representative Agencies within the Western Sales Region.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and engineers.
- Identify and grow new business channels to increase sales and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Logistics, and Marketing to improve service levels.
- Represent the Josam brand at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in representative management within the plumbing industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and developing strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time outside of the home state.
