TL;DR

Sales Manager (Water Quality): Developing and executing growth strategies and sales plan execution for water quality products within the Wholesale Channel across Canada with an accent on business development and channel management. Focus on increasing market share, managing independent sales representatives, and building long-term industry relationships.

Location: Hybrid (Burlington, ON). Must be based in Burlington, ON (office attendance required 2 days per week)

Salary: $110k–$126k CAD annually + commission

What you will do

  • Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales goals and profit margins for Watts and Bradley products.
  • Manage independent sales representatives across the Canadian Wholesale Sales Channel.
  • Develop and execute national and regional product sales strategies in collaboration with agents.
  • Collaborate with contractors and wholesalers to promote compliance-based product adoption.
  • Drive pricing initiatives by collaborating with product management and providing market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within plumbing wholesale or manufacturing.
  • Proven business development skills and a track record of driving growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including travel within Canada, the US, and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of the Plumbing Wholesale Channel and the Contractor role.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance requirements.
