Location: Remote (US). Candidates living in the Western Region (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, ID, MT, WY) are preferred. Occasional travel to company offices may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional product sales strategies and quotas in partnership with channel partners.
• Manage a group of Independent Representative Agencies within the Western Sales Region.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and engineers to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Logistics, and Marketing to improve service levels.
• Represent the Josam brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Drive pricing strategies using market insights in coordination with Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience in representative management within the plumbing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Minimum 50% travel requirement outside of home state or territory.
• Successful completion of background checks and employment eligibility verification.
