Location: United States (Remote); occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX for meetings and trainings
Salary: $23.15–$26.55 per hour, plus commissions

What you will do
- Convert inbound consumer inquiries into sales by managing leads with urgency and professionalism.
- Hunt for new business across consumer and dealer channels, including prospecting, cold calling, and digital lead generation.
- Grow dealer accounts by onboarding new partners, expanding wallet share, and driving programs that deliver measurable growth.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities for both direct and dealer pipelines.
- Track, analyze, and report performance in CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility into progress vs. sales goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition (consumer products, distribution, or B2B sales environment preferred).
- Proven track record of hunting new business and consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
- Strong prospecting skills including cold calling, networking, and digital lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and order management processes.
- Ability to manage complex projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
