Salary: Annualized earning potential $49,600 – $53,760

What you will do
- Manage inbound call queues and convert sales leads into qualified opportunities.
- Guide customers through the Patient Information Form (PIF) and insurance verification processes.
- Provide product education and resolve patient barriers to therapy adoption.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and the Reimbursement Department to ensure order accuracy and shipment coordination.
- Meet and exceed monthly department key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and job experience.
- 1+ year of recent experience in sales support, telesales, or medical device sales.
- Proven track record of being accountable for sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM system navigation.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of diabetes care, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) policies and reimbursement processes.
