Salary: $65,000 yearly, plus commissions and other sales incentives

What you will do
- Attain sales quota in the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and conducting consultative sales calls.
- Develop sales leads by researching disabilities, accounts, and relevant technology to acquire new business.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations for therapists, medical and educational personnel, institutions, and speech-language pathologists.
- Prepare sales packets and quotes, manage accounts, and maintain territory through clinical support and account maintenance.
- Educate stakeholders on funding processes and third-party payer requirements; support prior authorization and case submissions with the funding team.
- Stay compliant with HIPAA and privacy laws and provide expense, forecasting, and reporting updates.
Requirements
- Territory requirement: must live in the assigned territory (preferably Spokane, Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, or Coeur d'Alene).
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of durable medical device sales experience or clinical background preferred (Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist preferred).
- CRM experience (preferably MS CRM).
- Valid state driver’s license and insured motor vehicle.
- Travel: eager and able to travel extensively within the sales territory.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.
