Location: Burnaby, BC (Onsite)

Compensation: $36.10–$62.60/hour (CAD)

What you will do

• Manage and guide participants through the SEM program lifecycle to ensure progress against milestones.
• Coach and influence participants to achieve energy savings and maintain high engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions to translate technical concepts into practical actions.
• Track performance, update energy models, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and support the implementation of energy efficiency opportunities in commercial and industrial systems.
• Build and maintain strong participant relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Background in energy, engineering, or a related technical/science field.
• Working knowledge of industrial systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and BAS.
• Ability to perform technical calculations and proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to participant sites.

Nice to have

• CEM, P.Eng., or Lean Six Sigma certification.
