What you will do

• Lead impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs, including gross and net energy savings estimation.
• Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop scopes of work, technical approaches, and budgets for new evaluation studies.
• Mentor and manage engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork, data collection, and energy modeling.
• Lead Measurement and Verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations, billing analysis, and regression modeling.
• Write technical reports, findings, and actionable program recommendations for utility clients and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science (focus on energy efficiency/management), or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
• Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.
• In-depth experience with energy assessments, data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
• Excellent writing and communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
