What you will do

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
• Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee primary and secondary data collection, including survey administration, site visits, and metering.
• Conduct measurement and verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
• Manage and mentor engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork and technical research.
• Develop technical reports, white papers, and proposals for utility clients and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a closely related industry.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years specifically in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
• Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Experience with energy assessments and analysis of energy data.
• Must be based in Canada (Toronto location mentioned).
• Excellent writing, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
