Salary: $75,000 – $180,000 USD

• Lead and manage multiple account teams to ensure high-performing, collaborative environments.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for client accounts, ensuring scientific integrity and executional excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Drive organic account growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to support their career growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in medical communications.
• At least 2-3 years of specific experience in medical education.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Working knowledge of promotional and CME activities.
• Experience managing a variety of medical education programs.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in office) in New York or Stamford.
