Training Specialist (Medtech)

Salary: $90 - $100 per hour

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure high satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
• Oversee the project management lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and completion of training deliverables.
• Analyze and design training and documentation solutions based on job roles, business processes, and client needs.
• Develop e-learning content using authorware tools such as Captivate or Articulate.
• Deliver training via instructor-led, virtual classrooms, and e-learning formats.
• Ensure all training materials comply with industry quality standards and eClinical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering virtual training and documentation solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including scope management and work delegation.
• Expertise in e-learning tools like Captivate and Articulate.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and EDC products.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Flash.
