What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of District Partnership and Professional Learning Specialists.
• Oversee professional development and district implementations across California to ensure consistent support.
• Manage a small portfolio of district accounts, providing direct implementation support and training.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships.
• Travel to support districts, observe team members, and provide actionable feedback.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategic planning for district success.

Requirements

• Must live in California and be able to travel up to 60% during peak seasons.
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills for engaging teachers and administrators.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Must live close to a major airport.
