Learning and Development Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate ongoing orientation sessions for psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
• Develop content for live instructor-led training and eLearning modules.
• Support corporate and clinical cohort programs focused on leadership development and equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Collaborate with corporate and clinical teams to create learning and development materials.
• Contribute to the learning and development team’s strategy and growth.

Requirements

• Two years of experience delivering and developing courses for adult learners in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience managing content in a learning management system and using instructional design software.
• Strong communication, facilitation, listening, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with an electronic health record.
• Knowledge of outpatient practices, clinical psychiatry, patient experience, revenue cycle, or value-based care.
