What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts, creating tailored professional development plans aligned to their goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel locally (40-60%) to deliver PD, meet leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support.
• Partner with sales to manage and grow district relationships, including pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to boost engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and plan next steps.

Requirements

• Live in New York City or Northern New Jersey
• BA/BS degree
• Experience as K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• MUST have experience as school/district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences
• Experience leading district/school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data and develop implementation plans
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; organized self-starter
