Location: Remote - Canada (Candidates must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or willing to relocate)
Salary: $82,000 - $104,000 CAD

What you will do
- Conduct learning-needs analyses to identify skill gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules and instructor-led materials using Articulate and AI-assisted tools.
- Apply ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning standards to structure design and accessibility.
- Design formative and summative assessments based on the Kirkpatrick model to measure training effectiveness.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using UKGPro LMS for deployment and reporting.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical documentation into engaging training content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Canada (specifically BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, or NS).
- Proficiency with Articulate and AI-assisted tools for content creation.
- Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
