Salary: $82,000 - $104,000 CAD

What you will do

• Conduct learning-needs analyses to identify skill gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules and instructor-led materials using Articulate and AI-assisted tools.
• Apply ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning standards to structure design and accessibility.
• Design formative and summative assessments based on the Kirkpatrick model to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using UKGPro LMS for deployment and reporting.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical documentation into engaging training content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Canada (specifically BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, or NS).
• Proficiency with Articulate and AI-assisted tools for content creation.
• Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
