What you will do
- Maintain compliance standards by reviewing and completing servicing tasks and quality control functions.
- Update information on accounts in Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems while ensuring integrity of data and information.
- Handle operational needs including processing demographic information, troubleshooting machine-related issues, and routing mail and shipments.
- Research and correct account or department issues within required timeframes and maintain accounts/reports for quality and compliance processes.
- Provide customer support with minimal contact on accounts and carry out special requests.
- Represent the area on committees/project teams and serve as a mentor/resource for management and staff.
Requirements
- Must reside in the United States and be a United States citizen.
- Must not be delinquent or in default with any federal debt.
- Must be able to complete a clearance process involving 7 years of previous work experience, previous addresses, and verifier contact information.
- 2 years of customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems preferred.
- Ability to work fully in office at the Center office building.
