What you will do

• Manage a docket of live games and markets ensuring rapid and accurate manual resulting.
• Monitor and resolve issues with automatic data feeds and inaccuracies.
• Provide clear and transparent communication to internal stakeholders like Customer Services and Trading.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Gambling Commission requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly and collaborate with leadership for solutions.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Available to work on-site in Las Vegas between 7am – 11pm, Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a people-first attitude.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
• Knowledge of sports betting industry and ability to understand and explain industry regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure with urgency and flexibility.
