What you will do

• Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client needs.
• Collaborate with account management teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis.
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation plans to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, and project success across client accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to facilitate benefits procurement.
• Ensure compliance with legislation such as HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.
• Practical knowledge of insurance quoting processes and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database applications.
• Strong ability to influence and interact with C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work within the United States.
