Compensation: $54,640 – $58,800 (annualized earning potential including base pay and quarterly commission).

What you will do
- Proactively manage a pipeline of new and renewal customers through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound calls to provide product information and initiate the sales process.
- Follow established sales scripts while demonstrating empathy to address patient concerns.
- Communicate core product features and pump therapy benefits to customers.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Support prescriber paperwork and explain insurance coverage expectations.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of recent experience in a sales support, field sales, or telesales role.
- Proven ability to document calls while speaking with customers.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work shifts spanning 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
- Knowledge of diabetes, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring.
- Experience with durable medical equipment policies and health insurance reimbursement.
