What you will do

  • Conduct educational outbound calls to advise members on benefits, services, and health programs.
  • Motivate members to close gaps in care and assist with provider location and appointment scheduling.
  • Screen members for eligibility and authorization history to facilitate appropriate clinical interventions.
  • Research and resolve member inquiries regarding processes, incentives, and program designations.
  • Manage system work queues and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure effective outreach.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance member support and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA with the ability to attend occasional onsite training and meetings in Chattanooga, TN.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new technology, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Associates degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent experience.
