What you will do

• Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms and determine response requirements and priorities.
• Contact patients and coordinate with emergency services (Police/Fire/EMS) based on alarm activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls using both scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Verify patient demographics and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Troubleshoot medical devices and report malfunctions to ensure necessary maintenance.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and Home Service Representatives to support client enrollment and care.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of professional healthcare or medical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
