TL;DR

Specialist Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the growth and market adoption of Next-Gen SIEM and Log Management solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on strategic account planning and executive-level relationship building. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, articulating business value, and exceeding revenue targets within a high-growth cybersecurity segment.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote or Hybrid in NY).

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 per year (plus commissions and equity).

What you will do

  • Identify and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Scope and negotiate agreements to meet or exceed booking and revenue quotas.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including CIOs and CSOs, to drive sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product Management to drive account visibility.
  • Leverage partner relationships to expand market presence.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and sales activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA with authorization to work.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise platform solutions in cybersecurity, SIEM, or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with disciplined sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or Challenger.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while thriving in a team-selling environment.
