What you will do
- Manage and grow a designated book of business through prospecting, sales calls, and rapport-building.
- Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the product suite.
- Collaborate with Business Development to acquire new clients and expand the current portfolio.
- Increase revenue per client by renegotiating subscription rates.
- Partner with Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure high retention and introduce new product offerings.
- Provide accurate monthly sales and retention forecasts to management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience and closing ability.
- Strong account management and organizational skills.
- High level of internal motivation and ability to collaborate with field teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
