Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary Client Success contact for Tier 4 public safety agencies.
- Execute quarterly digital touchpoints with assigned accounts.
- Initiate and plan renewal strategies 12–18 months in advance.
- Manage administrative sales tasks, including processing quotes and purchase orders.
- Identify early risk indicators and develop coordinated risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Proven experience executing digital engagement or scaled customer success programs.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to proactively identify customer risk indicators.
- Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, GA.
- Availability for 5–10% travel.
