Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct new dealer launches and provide post-launch training.
• Support agency partners and manage assigned dealership accounts.
• Monitor dealer performance and KPIs to ensure production health.
• Assist with project management and travel coordination for training schedules.
• Shadow and participate in Zoom presentations and sales trainings.
• Make sales calls to identify new opportunities within the designated territory.

Requirements

• High-school diploma.
• Must be able to travel 7-10 business days per month.
• Must be based in or able to work from the La Mesa, California office.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Process-driven mindset with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform standard office physical tasks.
