What you will do

• Originate and expand marketing advisory engagements with C-suite and CMO-level enterprise clients.
• Develop and champion a distinctive point of view on AI and marketing transformation.
• Lead and scale the Marketing Advisory practice, ensuring delivery excellence and financial performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team through coaching and clear expectations.
• Represent the firm externally through speaking engagements and industry forums.
• Design scalable operating models and delivery frameworks to support practice growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 15+ years in management consulting or a comparable marketing advisory environment.
• Proven track record of selling and leading complex consulting engagements at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in enterprise marketing, SaaS, and the application of AI in marketing operations.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in P&L accountability and engagement economics.
