Solutions Architect II (SaaS)

What you will do

• Analyze customer business objectives and desired outcomes, aligning solutions with institutional goals.
• Design and communicate comprehensive business, technical, and functional architectures from concept through implementation.
• Lead cross-functional implementations across Student Information Systems, Finance, HR, and SaaS extensibility.
• Support presales activities, value proposition development, solution workshops, process mapping, and statements of work.
• Define delivery models, manage risks, participate in governance and assurance, and assess ongoing solution success.
• Mentor team members and contribute to hirify.global’s global architecture repository and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad solution delivery experience at multiple higher education institutions in the United States preferred.
• Experience with technical implementation and architecting multiple functional and technical areas.
• Experience delivering solutions on large-scale ERP platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of hirify.global ERP delivery practices and the broader hirify.global solution landscape preferred.
• Customer-facing experience across multiple organizations, with strong relationship-building, communication, collaboration, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to articulate customer value and ROI for software and services solutions.

• Business acumen and commercial understanding of solutions for higher education institutions.
• Experience developing detailed implementation plans using capability-driven delivery methodologies.
• Experience launching a newly created service portfolio into the marketplace.
• International experience.
