Senior Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Chicago, United States; flexible hybrid work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

Salary: $107,000–$140,000 USD annual base salary, plus eligibility for a quarterly discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture, integration planning, and go-live for complex enterprise engagements.
• Position AgentOS AI Agents, AI Hub, omnichannel automation, and other hirify.global solutions for enterprise prospects.
• Run customer-facing demos, proofs of concept, technical deep-dives, scoping exercises, and effort estimations.
• Configure and customize solutions, create conversational workflows, and provide hands-on leadership during integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Produce technical documentation, handle security questionnaires, and contribute customer and market insights to product roadmaps.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members and share technical best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, system integration, or a similar role.
• Expertise designing complex, scalable architectures in CPaaS or SaaS environments.
• Strong background in telecommunications, APIs, messaging, or customer engagement platforms.
• Advanced experience with REST APIs, SFTP, and other integration patterns.
• Experience leading complex opportunities end-to-end, including discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and delivery execution.
• Strong communication, storytelling, project management, problem-solving, and senior stakeholder management skills.
