What you will do

• Scale Meta accounts to six figures per day while maintaining efficiency and unit economics.
• Orchestrate full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Lead creative strategy alongside the creative team to identify winning concepts before data returns.
• Manage senior-level relationships and growth strategies for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day.
• 6–10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, specifically for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm, creative fatigue, and campaign architecture.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to make fast, accountable decisions.
• Clear and direct communication skills for interacting with clients and leadership.
