What you will do

• Promote services to new clients within the Property D&F space using existing industry contacts.
• Generate revenue through Cat, Risk, and Proportional placement opportunities.
• Manage selected client accounts and execute placements within the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pitch new products and structural ideas.
• Identify target growth areas and contribute to the development of consortia strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and post-event loss analysis to clients and reinsurers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in D&F Reinsurance Broking or Underwriting.
• Degree, ACII, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent technical skills and ability to assimilate large volumes of information rapidly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems.
• Must be prepared to work with integrity and comply with FCA requirements.
