What you will do

  • Manage the onboarding process for internal, segregated, and pooled fund launches.
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for fund go-live.
  • Configure funds, brokers, and trading lines within internal systems and platforms.
  • Support the onboarding of brokers for OTC, FX, and repo trading pipelines.
  • Liaise with custodians to open accounts, including those in emerging and frontier markets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in investment operations or onboarding within an asset management environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, trading processes, and market infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong spreadsheet skills (e.g., lookup functions).
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Location: Must be based in London
