What you will do

• Lead and shape the portfolio solutions strategy, overseeing performance, growth, and underwriting discipline.
• Underwrite and manage a regional portfolio of business across the UK and EMEA regions.
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive team and operating model.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers and key stakeholders in the London and EMEA markets.
• Identify, structure, and deliver new portfolio or hybrid opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align on underwriting approach and strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in individual risk, portfolio/treaty reinsurance underwriting, or hybrid reinsurance solutions.
• Strong presence and existing relationships within the London Market broker community.
• Proven leadership ability to build, influence, and develop teams.
• Commercial and strategic approach to underwriting and business development.
• Background in property underwriting at the insurance or reinsurance level is beneficial.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK
