Director of Finance & Accounting (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; required onsite Monday–Friday work at the manufacturing facility. Travel requirements: 20%.

What you will do

• Oversee general accounting, internal reporting and controls, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and the five-year Strategic Plan for Bradley.
• Direct weekly projected P&L, quarterly Board updates, annual operating and capital budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Manage month-end close, intercompany transactions, journal entry reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership and the Bradley Management Team on continuous financial improvement, pricing, investments, acquisitions, and new ventures.
• Drive KPI tracking, risk management, financial modeling, and scenario analysis for product launches, partnerships, and market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance management role in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with product costing, real-flow manufacturing environments, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial planning software.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant professional certification.
• CPA certification.
