What you will do

• Oversee all financial functions including general accounting, internal reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting process, annual planning, and 5-year Strategic Plan.
• Partner with the leadership team to analyze financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop business strategy.
• Direct the preparation of P&L projections, Board updates, and capital budgets.
• Manage risk through identification, implementation, and evaluation of internal controls and insurance programs.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting and KPI tracking to enhance decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance management role within the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proven track record as a business partner to executive leadership.
• Understanding of product costing and Lean Manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial planning software.
