Manager, Accounting Advisory - Manufacturing Industry

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $107,000–$160,000 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data, key performance indicators, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and recommend improvements to operational processes.
• Lead US and offshore engagement teams to ensure efficient workflows and consistent client delivery.
• Coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts, including WIP, inventory, job costing, and COGS.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Fishbowl, or Katana, plus Microsoft Office.
