What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and workpapers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to provide actionable client insights.
• Present financial results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex manufacturing issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts like WIP, inventory, and COGS.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Fishbowl, or Katana.
