Director, Finance Business Partner for Technology & Growth

Location: Primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $211,000–$338,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Shape financial strategy for new and evolving business models, including subscription, consumption, licensing, hybrid, and recurring-revenue constructs.
• Partner with the Chief Technology and Growth Officer and senior leaders across Technology and Growth, Digital Transformation, CIO, business lines, EXA, and Corporate Development.
• Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, opex, and capex management.
• Translate complex financial and operational performance into executive reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, transactions, and commercial arrangements by modeling financial implications, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Build and lead the Finance team while improving automation, standardization, systems, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience, including Corporate FP&A or strategic business-facing Finance roles.
• Strong financial, commercial, pricing, demand, and investment modeling expertise.
• Experience influencing senior executives and consequential business, operating, and investment decisions.
• Experience evaluating complex commercial or contractual arrangements and their financial implications.
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing Finance teams and operating models.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities; Anaplan and NetSuite experience is valuable.
