What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and their application to client business needs.
• Partner with sales teams to identify revenue opportunities and guide prospects through the pipeline.
• Manage client engagements by documenting scope and detailed requirements for service implementation.
• Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Present complex client issues and potential solutions to senior and executive leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, business process analysis, or product management within the mortgage servicing industry.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Domain knowledge in real estate, specifically origination fulfillment (processing, underwriting, and closing).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
